Boris Rebetez (born 1970) works with various media, concentrating on one central theme, namely space. His drawings, collages, sculpture and photographs deal with the perception of place, indoors and outdoors.

In his collages, Rebetez cuts up various concepts of imagery and realigns them; the transitions lose their clarity, so that space within the image acquires a dimension of the fantastic. Boris Rebetez constructs space models that are, in effect, oriented to daily perception, while inverting and misleading. His works have already been shown in various contexts, the most recent in solo exhibitions in Bern and Antwerp. The Manor Art Award exhibition presents exclusively recent works.
